SUNYLA 2016: Convergence: Libraries from Every Direction

Binghamton University, SUNY

June 8-10, 2016

Libraries today are situated at a point of convergence: where traditional and innovative ideas, formats, and practices come together. The SUNYLA 2016 annual conference will explore convergence in academic libraries, including how we navigate the convergence of print and digital worlds; how we balance successful methods of the past with the drive to continuously improve our spaces and services for the future; how all the departments and people within a library work together to achieve our goals; and how libraries grow stronger by collaborating with each other. Please join us at Binghamton University, State University of New York, on June 8–10, 2016, as we ourselves converge in order to share knowledge and strengthen our libraries.

See the scheduled sessions.

Rates for SUNYLA 2016*:

$100 for members

$140 for non-members

$60 for LIS students

$60 members/$70 non-members single day registration

The deadline to register for this year’s conference is May 20, 2016.

*Member Rate: This year you must be a current (2015-2016) member of SUNYLA in order to receive the member rate for registration. This means that if you are not currently a member, you must join SUNYLA and wait for your membership to be processed before registering for the conference at the member rate.

See the Registration page for more registration information.
